Why does the American-English keyboard have THIS: ~ accessable freely on the keyboard without the help of the character map? What purpose does it serve? Did keyboard inventors everywhere predict the ~_~ face? Or the smarmy use of it at the end of a sentence? (eg. Her jawline is soooo cute~!)
