Heh I'm doing a modified version of Weightwatchers. I figured i get 44 points and that averages about 2400 calories or so. well im trying to eat soup thats 200 calories per can. sugar free pudding, Kroger has a huge 23oz plastic jar series of fruit with splenda that averages 150 - 200 calories for the whole jar and of course my daily espresso with soy and sugar free syrups. so im averageing about 500 calries by the time i leave work then its another 300 or so for lunch then a modest dinner. Atkins is evil. it works but is still evil. So what are you at and what are you trying to get down to? me as close to 200 as i can hopefully but just as much as i can by the wedding.
Every pound counts. Even a handful makes a visible difference, I think. Atkins works for me because it's easier for me to apply arbitrary rules to my eating habits. I was at 182 or 183 for a high and wanna get down to 170-172. I'm at 175.5 right now, so it's going well. My default weight is 175 when I don't do anything, but I could probably stand to be 160 considering how skinny I am otherwise!
well i havent been at 200 since highschool so i figure between work, amtgard, diet, and i bought some rollerblades that Whitefire is going to teach me to use i should be at least headed in the right direction for the wedding in what? less than 4 months. luckly my tux gets picked and fitted 2 to 3 days before the wedding.
417-3900 call me and we can work it out. My parents are in town this weekend and next we should be out of town so we can work something out. Also we can go and do it in the evening if need be. Also do you recomend knee, elbow and wrist pads?

I will call you as soon as I can......today is finish up life drawing work for saturdays mid-term critique.....I do recomend knee and wrist pads.....elbow is up really to you...when I fall I don't land on my elbows mostly knees. I also recommend a helmet for awhile just until you are use to being on blades and know how to fall right.
