--I'm surprised to see icons with such a lack of textures from you, especially after your comments about not liking people who didn't 'change much' in their icons. xD I mean that in a /good/ sort of surprised, though; I like these. ♥ Namely 10, the 'variations', 37, 39, 23, 24, 26, aaaaaand...16. And of course the pic for 12's just cute (as they're so adorable together akjdskfg -shot-). xD
A few seem really "busy" to me, or I just don't care for the coloring, but that could of course be preference or my monitor, which I finally realised is set to be less bright than it can be, which I did years ago to help conserve power with it but since constructive criticism is a good thing...? Mostly it's in icons like 28 and 3.
BUT. It's great to see a post like this from you : D I'm glad you've discovered stock icons, by the way.~ <3 (And feel a little @___@ about how you're setting up asking for credit; I honestly can't see myself bothering to go through all that trouble. D: But. More power to ya. -shot-)

Not to butt in > > but that's actually par for the course for how most people want credit so I don't see how she's asking too much or asking one to go through "all that trouble" when most people ask for the same thing.
I appreciate you not butting in <3 but that's not what I meant. I meant that she'd made another graphic, just to show how to credit, something which I'd actually noticed was done in her comm with Jiyu. It had never occurred to me to do that here.
Obviously /asking for credit/ at all is something most people do (though not all, as I've found) and something I do myself on my posts. Simply sans the nice picture exampling it. xD
I had seen people make separate graphics as well. It really depends on the individual iconmaker but I've definitely seen people make the graphic to kind of walk people through it esp. if their stuff's been ganked in the past. It's just a preference thing, I suppose.
Like you, I just ask people nicely to credit me if they use my icons. xD

P.s. This may seem really random and stupid, but how the hell do you get those borders around your icons when you post?

you mean in the layout? i could take a peek at the code and see if there's any specific in the coding. C:
