I guess as long as it's complimentary they guess that people won't figure out that it's random. Try it on your own, compliment someone on something really stupid, see if they correct you.

Since I don't eat it, I'll assume by "making bacon" you were surreptitiously referring to my ability to generate completely random numbers at request, and I appreciate the compliment!
