Listed in no particular order and accompanied by my current favorite fanvids. And yeah, we're three days into 2012, so this is a tad late.
+ Damon / Elena (The Vampire Diaries)
"I will never leave you again."
Would you believe I started the show shipping Elena / Stefan? Yeah. Me neither. They were adorable until they got together, and then they were boring. I jumped ship around nine episodes in, mostly because I found Damon / Elena interesting. I loved that Elena made him a better person, and quite literally all their scenes are freakin' epic in one way or another.

+ Michael / Nikita (Nikita)
"You were never that far away."
They stole my heart during the first season and haven't give it back. I was a little worried after they dropped the whole Dating Catwoman back-and-fourth, but these two have still proven to be amazing. I still maintain that part of their awesomeness stems from the my theory that Shane and Maggie absolutely love kissing each other. That and, my gosh, they are kick-awesome, bad-ass soul-mates, and star-crossed-spies, who happen to be absolutely cracking with chemistry when they share screen time.

+ Snow White / Prince Charming (Mary Margaret / David) (Once Upon A Time)
"I will always find you."
I have this love of fairy tales that stems from my early childhood. If these two do not deserve a happy ending, no one does. They are pretty and adorable in the fairytale world, and they are gorgeous and angsty in the real world. And..."Snowing" is the best shipping name ever.

+ Morgan / Garcia (Criminal Minds)
"You're my God-given solace."
I don't know that I romantically ship it so much as a friend!ship it, but they are adorable and sweet and flirty and they make me smile like an idiot and 'aw' at my TV. That is greatness. Plus, she is his voice-on-the-other-end-of-the-line, and I have a soft spot for those relationships.

+ Peter / Olivia (Fringe)
"You belong with me."
She crossed universes to find him. As shaky as I find the fourth season, I can't escape my love for this couple. They are beautiful and glorious and epic and destined to be. I love Peter for his wit and Olivia for her strength, and both of them for the way they fit together.

+ Finnick / Annie (The Hunger Games)
"She crept up on me."
I finished The Hunger Games feeling a little *meh* about Katniss / Peeta, but these two were fantastic. I loved them, I shipped them. I cried at the end. My love for Finnick was slow, but it started growing toward the end of Catching Fire, and burst into furious flames somewhere in the beginning of Mockingjay. They'd better cast an AMAZING Finnick and Annie for the movies.

+ Yoon Sung / Kim Na Na (City Hunter)
"I can see the end now. Just wait a little while longer."
Maybe I'm cheating just a tad with this one, since I didn't watch City Hunter until the very end of 2011, but they were pretty much my all-my-shows-are-on-hiatus-so-what's-good-on-netflix?-ship. Anyway, they were epic and adorable and tragic. I blame a lot of my love for them on Lee Min Ho's amazing acting.
