(He's in there, but he doesn't feel like getting up. He's sitting against the wall, ignoring the chairs and the bed, and staring at the floor. When he hears a voice outside his door, he makes no move to answer it, though he does reply in a monotone, attempting to at least be polite.)
[A enters, hesitantly. Meile....he looks terrible.... She pulls a chair and sits next to Meile, looking at him sadly. She puts the basket of food and wine in his lap.]
Hey...these are for you...I know its not much...but... [A sighs a little.]
I guess...I just wanted to talk, if that's ok...you're the only friend I've got here that isn't sick or... [She trails off, unable to say it...]
I'm sorry...I'm probably bothering you...but...you're really the only person left here I can talk to. Misa and Mel are sick...Beyond and Mihael... [A notices the monotone.]
