ooc: intro/contact
I realized I never actually did an intro/contact post last time.

And just a bit of how I'll be playing Ino, i.e. background and relationships (heavily edited and added to from planning post)
Ino is a very straight-forward, almost brash girl. If she knows what she wants, she goes for it, and can almost never take "no" as an answer. She does have a much softer side, however, when it comes to her friends. She can be fiercely loyal, and will defend them if they're getting picked on to the point that she'll get into a fight. However, she doesn't like it getting that far, as it messes up her clothes and her hair. She can be very vain, waking up almost an hour early to get her hair, clothes, and makeup just right for whatever she'll be doing that day. Her vanity also leads her to go on crash diets, which she usually takes to far, so she ends up in the nurse's office more often than she should be. She's an okay student, getting by fairly easily with a B average, but she usually bums off anyone she can either for homework, or homework help, which invariably turns into her asking them how to do every little step, so that basically they do all the work. She is incredibly charismatic when she wants to be, and when she tries, can be incredibly perceptive as to other people's emotions. Sadly, she doesn't try all that often, except for the few people who are close to her. Ino's main interest is ikebana, as her family runs a flower shop, and she basically grew up with flowers and flower arrangement. She's very talented at it, and can pick out an arrangement for any occasion. She competes in ikebana contests regularly, and has won many of the under-18 competitions and placed well in adult competitions.
As for friends, her closest friends are Shikamaru, Chouji, and Sakura. Shikamaru and Chouji she's been friends with forever, as their dads were friends and they grew up together. Ino and Sakura just kinda bonded during preschool when Ino stuck up for Sakura when people made fun of her forehead. They're been best friends ever since.
And now for character interactions:
Chouji and Shikamaru: Ino's oldest friends. Their fathers were friends, so it only made sense that they'd grow up together. She sees them as brothers, and will treat them as such- giving them a lot of criticism and taking all their comments either with a grain of salt or getting completely defensive. She does love them though and will come to their defense if anyone tries to give them a hard time she doesn't think they deserve. Especially Chouji, since gripes against Shikamaru seem to mostly be about his laziness, and she thinks he needs to get off his ass sometimes.
Sakura: Ino's second oldest friend and probably her best friend. Ino and Sakura have been together ever since Ino stuck up for Sakura in kindergarten. They had a falling out when it came out they both liked Sasuke, but they've made up somewhat since then. She and Sakura have very much a love/hate relationship. Any topic other than boys, they're the best of friends and she'll back Sakura up anytime, but when it comes to love, it's all out war. As Sakura has given up on Sasuke, and Ino has all but given up, their friendship has become much smoother and stronger for it. They are always there for each other.
Sasuke: The only one Ino has eyes for. It's completely obvious he's not into her and never will be, but does that slow her down at all? Not a chance. She'll do just about anything to get his attention, which is the main reason why she goes on insane diets that land her in the nurse's office every now and then. She's seriously starting to lose interest in Sasuke, which is good, for it opens up her prospects, and has done wonderful things for her friendship with Sakura.
Naruto: Two words: Loud and Annoying. Ino regards Naruto as someone she puts up with very reluctantly. She's quick to tell him to shut up, espeically since he hangs out with Sasuke a lot, and she'd much rather have Sasuke all to herself than have Naruto hanging around. She does tolerate him though and regards him as more of a friend than a lot of her other classmates (yay random NPCs....)
The rest of the characters she hasn't met or talked to yet, so will form relationships with them as time and the RP go on.
