Well, I'd say that you're feeling these things for a reason. Obviously not the reason that your body would have you believe, because there's nothing inherently dangerous about talking with people you don't know.

The way I see it, your body's parts are probably throwing up warning signals in the only way they know how. The body is notorious for this. For instance, if you push on your eye, you start seeing light patterns. This is not a good thing - your eyes don't have pain receptors, because there's no room. Instead of sending off pain signals your eye shoots off visual signals to warn you.

So, I guess my only recommendation would be to figure out why these signals are being sent. I can guarantee you that it's not for nothing. It means something. But it's your (unenviable) job to find out.
