Poor guy! That's just awful. It drives me nuts to see people treat their animals this way.

It's also funny that he's at the Cat Doctor, and they have a "housecat" - because in Milwaukee there is a Cat Doctor with an office cat as well, and I'm pretty sure he also donates blood, etc. I think that's a really nice thing!
