Made pizza tonight. Great stuff for a first attempt. Dough was very sticky. Middle of pizza was more soft than crisp, but it wasn't soggy. Only encountered one bite that was too flour-y. Altogether very pleased.

Next time, I'll set the oven at a lower temperature, allow a little more time for the dough to rise, and use pizza sauce as opposed to ( Read more... )

You should have the oven up nice and high if you're going to do a thin-crust italian style pizza, but not use too much liquor when you're making the dough. Olive oil and an egg yolk will change the texture of the dough if you prefer it.
