My sweetie, her friend and I went to Mezbaan in Old Town to eat last night. The food was decent-a little delicate for my taste, and a little not-spicy-enough, actually-but the service was pretty damn bad. It took like thirty minutes for us to get a check, and then another fifteen minutes to get a check that had the right total on it. I am sad that

A few weeks ago at Hooters our waitress brought me a check with the incorrect total on it FOUR TIMES before finally giving up and handing me a five dollar bill.

It's never a good sign when the helps tells the customers "I really hope they fire me, I hate it here".
