Hey guys!

Wow, what a finale! Really not what I was expecting and it was awesome!
Like always full of twists and turns, what a joyride! This whole season was amazing!

So here's the review, I'm warning you it's pretty long, my longest so far, well goes with a finale I guess.

Until later, yes I will post during the hiatus, I think, lolll.
alwaysateen :)

Okay, how to put words to describe this finale? Chuck had the right way: start from the beginning. Well he scared me a little when he told us the story of the beloved Impala from the day of her creation… I mean, she count as a beloved character, right? So maybe she was in danger too! I love the little facts he had like how Sam got an army man stock in the ashtray and Dean puts some Lego’s in the heating system and we can still hear them rattle when they put it on, cute. He even left all these details in place when he completely rebuilt it, awesome.

Anyway, we see Dean tell Sam that he’s on board with his crazy plan to say Yes to Lucifer to bring him back to his cage. When Bobby tells Dean about some weird temperature drops in Detroit, Dean knows the devil’s there. He told him in the future and he told Sam he would see him there. Now they had doubts Lucifer was on to their plan, I mean he knew about d Detroit so why not the Horsemen’s rings? And he’s cocky enough to let loose the key elements to bring him down. He also known he can control Sam through his anger, Sam never really managed to control it…

They arrive there and for sure Lucifer is there, waiting for them. Sam kills two demon guards with his thought, impressive I might say, and it’s only the three of them. Lucifer proposes a match between him and Sam after telling them he knew their plan. Having nothing to lose, Sam accepts while Dean opens the door. But when Sam’s about to cross it, he turns around and we clearly see Lucifer is in control. Then pouf he’s gone.

Castiel and Bobby, who is still walking (I’m wondering if Crowley reversed the deal yet…), are very quick to accept defeat and call it quit. But Dean wants to rescue Sam or at least not letting die alone when he faces Michael, probably very soon. Here comes Chuck again who’s very surprised to find Dean at the end of his phone. The angels tried to keep it secret but he saw where the finale battle will take place, an old cemetery near Lawrence, where it all begins.

Two sets of brothers face off: Lucifer and Michael and Sam and Adam (Michael finally decided to choose him over Dean). But Dean and the Impala arrive before the battle starts. He wants to talk to Sam but Michael refuse, saying he lost his chance to be part of this. Then Castiel appears, out of nowhere, and he blows Michael away, for a little while. Lucifer doesn’t appreciate someone else hurting his brother and he blow up Castiel into tiny pieces! The he attacks Dean saying he was being nice, until then. Bobby, who came along for the ride, tries to shoot him but when that fail, Lucifer brake his neck!

Back to Dean, Lucifer beats him really good, Dean doesn’t defend himself, always asking for Sam. Lucifer is about to give the final blow when a reflection makes him see the little army man, still stuck in the ashtray. Sam’s all life with Dean and their good times in the Impala flashes in front of him and it’s enough to bring Sammy back!

He tells Dean everything gonna be okay and opens the door. Adam or rather Michael appears and ask Sam not to let Lucifer back in the cage, this battle was their destiny but Sam jumps anyway, after one last look at Dean. Both sets of brothers fall into the hole that had close afterward.

Dean is kneeling down where the hole was, he had lost everything, when a shadow appears. It’s Castiel, he’s back again. And he’s got his powers back, so he heals Dean and even resurrects Bobby, yah! He says God as give him backs his powers and welcomes him again. But Dean’s not so enthusiast, he has nothing in return of their great sacrifice.

Dean says goodbye to Bobby and according to Chuck, they won’t see each other for a while because Bobby’s still hunting but Dean made a promise to Sam: go see Lisa and Ben and live a normal life for a change. I love this little family, they’re so perfect together. Lisa understands Dean’s job and life and Ben adores him.

We’re back with Chuck who’s trying to end his story but he knows it won’t satisfy everyone. We can clearly see Eric Kripke in him in that episode. It was weird, after writing the words “The end”, Chuck just disappears, like Eric leaving the space for something new. Nice idea.

But it never really finishes perfectly right, nope; not with Supernatural. So we see Dean, lost in thoughts, Lisa asking him if he’s okay then we see a silhouette outside observing the scene. It’s Sam but the street light he stand under as blow up at his arrival, always not a good sign… I’m thinking Sam as crawl his way out of Hell and didn’t come back empty handed… I mean with Lucifer back in his cage, he didn’t need Sam’s body anymore so he was stuck in Hell and people don’t just come out of Hell like that. Well except Dean but he’s a different story.

Anyway, that’s my review, wow, I never wrote a complete overall review of an entire episode before! This one really inspired me!

Oh by the way, thank you for keeping Bobby alive, I’m so happy! And the Impala too!
