You need to work on cutting down your workout time. There is no way you are getting an effective work out by spending 3 and a half hours in there. A solid totaly body workout at a quick pace with a 60 sec break inbetween sets should take around an hour. After that, y ou are just wasting time
It's just cardio silly...You can never have too much cardio. Plus I'm not doing it to lose weight...I'm doin it for fun. I do body tone for an hour and the 2 hrs after its like dance class...then I do abs and back. I'm not lifting weights the entire time lol...
