He--uhhm. He's got brownish-black hair, and he wears a--oh, wait! I think I see one of his pictures... [Olette pauases as she goes off to find one of Pence's pictures. She switches to video and shows her the picture of Hayner, Pence, Roxas, and herself standing in front of the haunted mansion. She points to the boy in the red jersey.] His name is Pence.

I've been....waiting for him down at the hospital. I figured, when he didn't come home, that maybe he got caught on the other side of the city in all of the....
