Warning, Car Talk
Some asshole stole the tail light lenses off of my Mustang on Sunday night while it was parked in my carport. Besides the license plate, it's the only thing someone could rip off without setting off the alarm. $220 later, the new ones are ordered, but have yet to ship. I'm having to drive my dad's '79 Mustang because the Audi is still with Jim

Sucks about the taillights. We might be able to rig a pin switch behind the lights so if you remove them it can set off the alarm. That whole area just seems kind of ghetto to me though. Course most of the places around where I'm at aren't a lot better. I think it's just having a garage that makes the biggest difference.

I agree about the area. It sucks, and my car(s) were not worth much when I moved here. I think I would move if I could afford it.
I stress every night about my cars. If they'll get hit while parked or get something stolen. Eh. Not much I can do about it now.
Thanks for the suggestion about the alarm. It may be worth it. I think I need to also turn up the sensitivity again.
