I decided two days ago that I would attempt to quit smoking for the first time. I only had 6 1/2 cigarettes yesterday, and today my goal is only 4 or 5. I'm trying harder with the cigarettes at the moment, and I don't plan to cut caffeine entirely, just enough so it's not a problem anymore. So far I don't think my attitude has been too bad. ;)
