This week so far has proved to be.....noisy. yeah...noisy. yesterday morning...at around 7am my neigbor VRRROOOOM...VROOOOOOM...reved? revd..uh? his car up for about 5 minutes. mind you the parking garage is below EVERYONE's bedroom windows. my crazy neighbor lady went insane..
