It really sucks when your whole world seems like one big fucking joke, when the people closest seems the fakest. I don't know who to trust, who to believe, who to really turn to. My head is spinning and all I can concentrate on is the fact that all of this is completely fucked up

Maybe you should start over. I mean you have lots of old friends who you havent hung out with in forever. And just from reading all the stuff you keep putting yourself through you really need to start over. I rarely see you right about anyhing happy except for sex. I mean thats not what life is all about. YOu need more.
