It is almost time for Setsubun, February 3rd. And then the day after that will be the first day of spring. I shall make some Ehoumaki on that day, so if anyone would like to join in on eating it, please be welcome to come to the kitchen. I shall probably be making it from morning and then scatter the beans later on in the day
