Missing being missed

I just got off the phone with Travis. The call was about... say... 5 minutes long. Whether he admits it or not, he's always busy now a days doing this and that. Soon he'll have a job and all of his friends will have left for college. Will he grow up... will he move on without me ( Read more... )

All relationships "cool off" as they mature. There's a limit to how much you can tell each other after you've already told each other everything. Hell, I can't even get a story out of you anymore, and I'm wondering if you just don't care anymore. But, you're not my GF, so this doesn't cause such problems as you and Travis. Love isn't easy; it wasn't meant to be. I do believe it beats the alternative, though.

All you can do is trust him. If you don't trust him, it doesn't matter if he's faithful or not, you'll never be happy. If you do trust him, you'll have that to hold on to when you're not together. I'm sure you'd rather hold on to him, but you knew going into this that it was a long distance relationship. These are the hardest kind...
