Triathlon???

So, it's been a while. Since I last wrote the year has changed, I have begun eating healthier, I quit smoking, my job ended for the season, I celebrated the holidays with my family... Wowza. if you have any sort of smartphone there are great apps to start running. just go out for walks first, then jog for a few seconds and work up to running for time (1 min, 10 mins, whatever!), I found that way easier and less disheartening then for a distance at first. :) you can do it!

AND YAY FOR NO SMOKING! I only met you for perhaps a collective amount of.. what... 5 mins? lol, but you strike me as a determined person. I believe you can kick the habit. :) so congrats on your 3+days. :) GO YOU! :D

I don't have a smartphone (actually I think I'm part of the 1% of the planet that doesn't have a smartphone at this point lol) but I was planning on using my ipod in the sense of run one song then walk. Slowly building up my song list.

Thanks! I'm actually a serial quitter, but I believe this is it. There just isn't a point to it anymore. Especially if I start triathlon training!

I hope school works out for you. I know asshole profs are annoying, but you gotta breathe deep and let it roll off of you. Have a great semester!

lol, well if you have an iTouch the apps can with with those too I think, but if not, a good old stopwatches and music work too. :) I know quite a few good sites if you would like them, I can pass them on. :)

you can do it! in this case, history means nothing. :)
