i'm the same way. i talk about hanging out with people and it seems like a good idea but then when they text and say they're up for hanging out, i freeze and i'm like (in my head) -- i don't feel like hanging out now! then i make up some excuse why i'm busy. lol. i'm just going to have to force myself to start hanging out with people and then maybe i'll start liking it or at least getting into the habit of saying yes instead of making an excuse why i can't.
