Extremely random inital thoughts of tonight's Doctor Who...
My first thought: Wouldn't be a New Who finale without the Daleks. But then I remembered last season's finale didn't have them. And THEN I realized I completely blocked out last season's finale except the fact that Simms was hot.
HEEEE ROSE! Okay, so I missed Rose even more than I thought I did. I love that she's all grown up. I love that she has a purpose outside the Doctor. PLEASE DON'T TAKE THAT AWAY FROM ME RTD.
The ending did not happen. I refuse to believe. REFUUUUUUUUUUUUSE. *denial*
Okay, seriously though, if that ending did exist...how much of a complex must Rose be getting? I mean, she always seems to be the catalyst for the Doctor dying and coming back. Just saying.
And yes I know it will probably be a fake out but still. Mean.
There was way too much filler in this. I really needed Jack, Rose and Ten to be together more than 10 seconds at the end.
I still love Donna.
I need Martha and Rose and Donna to meet together. And like each other.
There is no way the next episode will not disappoint me. They have to deal with the Daleks, Rose/Ten, creepy looking dude, Why Donna is special, fullfill my various threesome meetings as described above, Martha's special card, make sure Sarah Jane alive, fake out Doctor Regeneration AND have Russell whip out a redux machine. I'm worried.
You have to love how Sarah Jane was all "Son, it is more important that I find the Doctor than stay and be with you at the end of the world. So just stay here with only the machine to protect while I leave." Sometimes I worry that Russell really doesn't see how single minded his love for Ten is.
So I'm gathering that Tosh is dead huh? I have to admit it makes it less likely I will ever get around to seeing last season's Torchwood.
