Yay! I just finished exporting my first PDF from InDesign for my final assignment.. it's kind of exciting to see the finished product! :D It's due tomorrow, and I also have my final exam then (eek). I've had some trouble with this course, and I get the feeling that I'm missing 2/3 of what's possible in InDesign. I'd really like to learn more about ( Read more... ) -

Hip hip hooray! My teacher loved my final project, he said it was fun and exactly what he was looking for! Yay!! I did try to make sure I touched on all the points he wanted (basic shapes, transformations, pen tool use, text, gradients, blends, pattern brushes, layers).. apparently it worked! Final Project post
Yaaay, I managed to get my final project done yesterday! I have to hand it in at tonight's class, I hope my teacher likes it! I wanted to use my other illustration, but this one covers more of the points that he'll be grading them on. I need to do good on it because I can be pretty terrible at written exams.. Freakin' *rarrrr*... Illustrator is making me angry! It didn't save my file correctly at one point and I ended up losing a bunch of changes I had done (as well as most of the mouth on the dragon for some unexplainable reason)... it's still not saving things right :(

Yay, classes have been going great! As a matter of fact, I'm starting my final project for Illustrator class today.. I had two ideas for it, and I'd like to do both. Their designer seems to know absolutely nothing about Photoshop, and even had to ask me if I had created the .psd file I sent her in Photoshop(?!?).
