So Java++ now has a very friendly sign on their door announcing their new No Loitering policy. Any clue what that means? What kind of a coffee shop doesn't want people hanging out in it? How long do I have to stay to be loitering? 3 seconds past how long it takes to chug a coffee? What the heck are the TV and the chairs for? Why are we losing

Perhaps they have had a problem with people simply coming in to enjoy the comfy couches without buying anything. I'm sure you would be welcome to loiter as long as you have given them money for a scrumptious coffee-type beverage and/or pastry. :P
