I believe I found the One Ring at a rummage sale for all of $8.00

Perhaps its time has come and it is again seeking its master?

I'll let you know if my dreams take a bad turn.  Someone slap good me if I start petting it......

Congratulations on finding a One Ring. Do you mean a Weta piece or something similar? And when you talk of it seeking its master, do you mean you are going to be scouting around for a Frodo figure?

DUH! I get it. It's 7 in the morning here and my brain is not working. Master = Sauron (not Master Baggins). DUH.

yes *smile*, Sauron. But on the other hand, if it would lead me to Frodo I'd find it a very good ring indeed.

Yes!! A Weta piece (or something similar). My friend and I and the rummage seller couldn't see it properly in the indoor light. You should of seen us peering at it and asking younger people to come and have a look. But in the bright light outdoors the script is plain--it's inside and out. I looked online and can match it with what I see on the ring. It's silver with black filled engraved letters. It doesn't seem quite as rounded as the ones online--it seems a bit wider--but it's definitely the script, and it is silver.
