It's a Word and I Know it....

Can anyone help me with this word? It's so stupid because this is a word I have used countless times in my life, but for some reason these days I hunt for it in my head and can't find it. I dunno.

But I do know that "emprical" is not a word like hat or body or brain or bust! LOL It's a slippery word, one that will be misplaced, misused and misrembered.

YES!! You wonderful woman!!! I knew you would find it for me!!!! This is a word that has been regular in my vocab that just flitted into a corner one day and likes to play hide and seek. I've written it down, now. But if I lose the paper, I'll ask you again!!!! You rock!!!
