very cool! what kind did you get?

as far as i know, you can't maximize. you can only stretch the window out. buuut i'm sure you'll get used to it.

other tricks and things you should know:

- the apple ("command") key replaces the ctrl key in most cases. so, command + c = copy and command+v = paste.
- f9, f10, and f11 all do pretty neat things. play around with those.
- command+shift+4 = custom screen capture. command + shift + 3 = full screen capture, i believe.
- command + option + escape = force quit which is the mac equivalent to ctrl+alt+delete.
- ctrl + click acts as a right click. if you dont like doing that, you can always get a regular two button usb mouse and it should work just fine even though it isnt a pc.
- the search thingy in the upper right hand corner is amazing. use it for everything. i'm usually too lazy to open my applications folder to open programs, so i just type in the name there and it comes up right away.

thats about it. if ithink of anything else, i'll let you know.

Those ejectable things are where the program files are. Open those. Installation varies with the program. For some, you just drag the icon into the applications folder. Others have installers. After you install the programs, eject the shaith.

Do you not like Safari or iChat?
