Lots of people work at American Eagle. Some of them are very nice and intelligent.

Some of them are the stupidest people ever and I'm not even sure how they dress themselves in the mornings. These people tend to work the closing shift.

This woman came in to American Eagle yesterday and bought some shirts. She was older - like 40s - which is older than our target demographic but sometimes we get adults buying stuff for themselves and we have a LOT of adults buying stuff for their kids so no one really thought anything of it. After she got rung up she said "wow, you guys are a lot nicer than the people over at abercrombie. i went there yesterday and asked the sales woman to repeat something she said and she responded 'if you're too old to hear or see, you shouldn't be shopping here'".

i thought that was hilarious.
