i think happiness is that feeling when no one can do anything wrong, including yourself. it's a beautiful form of recklessness that turns out perfectly. contentedness, i think, is too foten confused with happiness. i think happiness is where you gain something you've been fighting for, contentedness is being fine with the things you have, what you've achieved, where you are. that's what i'm thinkin'. <33beck
that's so individual... it's diffrent for everybody. i have no clue what i'm talking about, but i think it's taking all the good things and making them count more than the bad. being happy is a choice, and a constant one that takes effort.
it's a little diffrent from satisfaction. for me being atisfied is knowing you gave it everything you had, 127.88%, and being able to look back with no regrets because you honestly did your best and that's what matters, not a trophy, not a score, not a grade, just knowing that you gave it your all and have no regrets about your performance.
