So I've actually ventured beyond this immediate area the past couple of days. On Monday night, Michael, Mike, Shatan and I tried going to a movie in Bucheon but the movie Michael thought was playing wasn't playing there and there wasn't anything else we wanted to see (the theater was only showing a couple American movies

What an accomplishment! Good thing you took your hiking boots. Now you can get the rest of the gear you need, and hopefully your new friend will take you out again, as you continue to get in shape. I'd read that Korean love hiking. Maybe I should say HIKING!

Yah...Koreans are almost fanatical about hiking. They get really decked out to go hiking...special clothes, boots, hats, hiking sticks (they resemble ski poles).

I'm impressed that you made it! As for being out of shape ,if you made that climb once a weeek you would be in good shape love you dad

Maybe I'll build my way back up to doing it again. It was rough and I'm still sore.
