Now I love it cause it hits its target demographic perfect. They arent being real, they are selling soap.

Oh, and also rebellion and non-conformity are marketing's biggest asset. Rebellion and non-conformity are seen as a way to sell more product b/c in order to be different you have buy products to make you "look" different.
