I was listening to a song today by my favorite lyricist/poet, the lead singer of Thrice, Dustin Kensrue, and for some reason was paying extra attention to his always thought provoking lyrics. Painting a picture of men off on a voyage, he begins by telling of how far from home the men are. Then, he refers back to those waiting for them, saying, “
