For the last time, deber is NOT a german verb, and it never will be! The verb you're looking for is SOLLEN! ICH SOLLE, DU SOLLST, etc.! So therefore I demand you stop thinking ICH DEBE or DU DEBES(T)! You can't even conjugate them correctly!
