Thanks so much for your offer! light_frost very kindly offered to beta for me yesterday, I'm super excited for it. Could I take a raincheck on the offer, though, if you'd still be willing to help out in the future?

If you can get your beta to sort the tenses out for you and repost the whole thing when done it will be brilliant! Happy to help out in the future.

This is completely creepy, angsty and excellent writing. I can't wait to see what you write next! Sherlock SO WOULD turn Moran against Moriarty--I mean, really... Moriarty may be his match in some ways but you don't leave a cobra loose to run around your hotel room! Sherlock may be cooperating, but he didn't take any stupid pills...
I hope this doesn't break him too much. That first night scene made me hurt inside so bad for Sherlock. He's obviously already damaged in canon-- just wow.
Can't say I've 'enjoyed' this so far, lol...but it's really good, has made me think about Sherlock's psyche in new ways I hadn't considered before, and I very much look forward to the resolution.

I never joke about trigger warnings. Ok, yes, I did, but at the same time I was dead serious.
I'm really happy that you're following the story! And taking the time to leave a lovely review, I appreciate it a lot :D
Sherlock and Moriarty... It's a dynamic that won't leave me alone. In a lot of ways it's a power play. In Jim's eyes it's probably the closest thing to a partnership he ever had. He's constantly very jealous of John, even three years after the fact. He's paranoid and possessive over Sherlock, he's a genius, but at the same time he sees the world very differently. Keeping your friends close and your enemies closer... I think he kind of blurs the line between friends and enemies when it comes to Sherlock, and Sherlock takes advantage of that.
There's a lot going on in Sherlock's psyche too. He's fighting Jim, but he's not unaffected by the sordid game Jim is playing with him. Can't say much else without spoiling, so stay tuned, lol.
Anyway, meta is fun, isn't it? Thanks again for reading and commenting!
