Oh my god, this was fabulous. The hearse was a wonderful touch, and the way Sherlock got Mycroft's attention by throwing the coffee cup off the roof and getting arrested--that was pure finesse. Love it!

The scenes between John and Sherlock were awesome, especially the ruse with the coffin and the two of them laughing inappropriately again about travelling in a funeral car XD.

This is fast becoming one of my favourite Sherlock fics ever :).
