[The Doctor is coming home super late having been working in the lab this week a bit harder and longer than usual. Mild discovery of something had piqued his chemist, scientist, and inventor facets all at once, and they were proving somewhat difficult to keep scattered thoughts from running rampant over his attentiveness. But right now, was food.

...what? [Because that doesn't make sense. It doesn't even register initially. And then, oddly, he gets a sort of rising panic and he has to excuse himself from the room entirely and go and sit down on a bench in the hall.] It's gone? [He is being spectacularly useful here. Oh god this doesn't even make sense. He exhales as he tries to calm himself down.]

It...maaaybe it's...maybe it's a curse.

It's better be a curse. [Yes, threaten nothing, Doctor, good job. He's quiet for a bit and then goes back to inspecting the box and thinking out loud.] But it can't just... That last time this happened there was a reason for it; it doesn't just... Paradox. ..Spontaneously decide to.. I mean this isn't even a DEAD TARDIS. It's just not a TARDIS. No, ah- Well, yes, something's happened. There's a bit of an.. I-... The outside and the inside; you remember how they were different dimensionally? They're... not, now.

I hope it's a curse, otherwise there are very many not-good things happening. It doesn't usually lose its inner dimension for no reason. Really it would almost be better if it were dying - then at least I would know what to do about it.

Oh I'd say at this point it's a fair amount of both. There's absolutely no reason for it to have fallen out of sync with the inside. Sooooo, yeah, a bit of anger, some panic. Emotions in general.

The TARDIS is naturally dimensionally transcendental. The inside and the outside exist in different places, effectively. Only that's not happening anymore.
