Wherever we are, it's similar enough to keep the TARDIS from dying. Lights are still on and everything. Haven't tested the higher functions though - from what everyone's been saying I doubt anything beyond basic life support and possibly the dimensional rotary terms will be effective.. Well, maybe not the second.. Have to do a bit of testing.
