Awesome! *hugs*

You've said a ton here, and yes, you begin anew with your 'new life'.

Please try to make a regular habit of going to confession ever two or three weeks. Remember confession is not just a place to recite our sins and failures; be sure to mention areas where you are improving. Most of all, remember that confession is a sacrament of inner healing. Do not fear it.
Please find a priest in whom you have trust and try to stay with the same confessor; it helps him to get to know you and your weaknesses and strengths so he can better help you.

I am so happy for you.

Confession will be my next big hurdle, although I know that it shall be a place where much grace is offered. I look forward to this Sacrament, although I disdain the sin that will bring me to it.

Ah, the joys of new life in Christ. Thank you so much, Judy, for all that you have done throughout my journey. Your prayers and support is greatly appreciated. :)

I have confessed several times that I was having trouble getting past anger for 2 old women who were determined to control me and even cursed and yelled at me after mass until the ceiling dome was vibrating. It happened that when I walked out of the confessional and wasn't even half way to where I sit, all the bad feeling left and have never returned. That's grace.

So please think of confession as a sacrament that gives you grace to face your struggles too.

You will be amazed what you will receive in confession.

It has been a pleasure to offer info that I believed would help you.
