Cat filter

Aug 12, 2005 09:38

Does anyone have a cat? or has had a cat in the past? (I'm not counting people who've had one that essentially was someone else's responsibility like their parents. I'm also only talking about 'actual' cats).

Have 5 currently (2 of which are currently living at my parents as my current place is too small for 5), and 2 ex-kitties. While I'm not on your flist, I'm quite happy to answer cat questions for you (used to be a vet student too).

That's a really cute picture. It looks a bit like the one I'm looking after actually.

He's as much of a tart as he looks, too. He's incredibly loving and sweet - very much the dignified gentleman of cats ;)

I've been wondering recently how much can cats BE tarts after their, you know, operation?

I used to have a cat when I was younger. We had to give it away when it turned out that I was allergic to cats.
Despite still having a slight allergy I still want to get another cat at some point and I don't hesitate to stroke random friendly cats in the street.

Some people are just allergic to long hairs. Maybe if you say hi to enough cats you'll become desensitised over time :-)

She looked gorgeous. I can understand your reasons for not getting another one. I may get one some day, but i would need strong persuasion because of.. well you'll see in cat filter.
