Best butternut squash soup EVER!

Cut small squash into cubes and cook them in Chicken/veg stock. Chop up peeled cooking apple and add to mix. Put lid on pan to cook quicker, meanwhile fry small onion.
Add fresh/dried rosemary, thyme and cayenne pepper to the soup, add onion once cooked for a few minutes.

When squash cubes are cooked (after about 15 mins) blend the soup, add creme fraiche and away you go!

I found a gorgeous dessert too, found at Golden Hill Tescon, yeo valley chocolate pot cunningly distibuted amongst loads of healthy food. It's organic, you know!!!
