I know how you feel! My dad is exactly the same. He can't stand japanese at all. (One day I was listening to some song and when there was a vocal-less part, dad heard that and asked me enthusiastically who the interpreter was. When I replied it's some japanese guy, he pulled a face and left. Oh the prejudices!)
I can imagine a situation in which I decide to marry a Japanese guy.
Me: "Dad, this is my soon-to-be husband..."
Dad: "Where?" *looks around from his 190+ cm height*
Me: "HERE!!" >_<
Dad: "Oh!" *finally notices* "Welcome to the family, LITTLE guy..." *makes an evil face*
Japanese: *is scared and runs away*

Yay, kitties! I love them! But they have that "stop annoying us with that weird box of yours" kind of look.
And the pics of the flowers seems to me like they were taken in my country :D Flora in Russia is not that different from the one in Czech Republic I guess xD

yeah, I think plants, trees, flowers are alike mostly.
And as for Japanese guys. Oh, that's a problem. Right you are, Tomizu, prejudices, prejudices and prejudices... Pfft, my parents don't think that I'm serious when tell them I like japanese guys. They think them other-worldly, like aliens or smth while I don't see anything wrong. So what? Yes, they have different eyes from european but heck, if I like a person, it doesn't matter what color eys he has or what height he is. Jezz, parents are too old to understand us in many cases.
I like their eyes, beautiful eyes. And their hair. And how japanese sounds. It's like music to my ears.

As for the cat, again, you're correct. The two were basking in the sun and eating something from that blue-white thing when I decided to take a pic. But I like it that they look directly into the camera)
