Next Monday, I'll be transmigrating into a rather fetching apartment in Elephant and Castle (quite possibly the only rather fetching apartment in Elephant and Castle) and whilst everything there is nice and new and neat and shinier than a manatee's arse, the only problem is that I have to sort out the fecking Internet access all by myself

Can you remember what sort of connection we had (was it an 8MB or 16MB sort of deal?) just so I can get an idea of what's gonna get the job done. I've got a nasty suspicion that wired BB won't be available in my area but we'll see once I actually get there.
