Those pies I like are going to come back in style. I thought that Budgens was the only place which stocked them, but never before have I been so happy to be wrong: Tescos both stocks and has them going at two for a pound. The Krauts tried bombing. I guess they didn't do enough.

I spent a fair amount of time at the IWM, which is not far away from the E & C. That area is kind of nice in a frowzy way: little Victorian terrace streets, Captain Bligh's house, and some lovely looking pubs. And it's Michael Caine's old neighborhood, too.
