making the move to talk to a professional is a very hard step, but the most important. it also sounds like you have a support network of friends and a good husband.
whatever you do, keep talking and writing or whatever it takes to get it out and move past the pain.
and remember..this too shall pass. you're not alone sister :)

I have been right there, totally. Before I started seeing the psychiatrist and got on Effexor, I wanted to just go to sleep and not wake up. Everyday. The Effexor has changed all of that, and my outlook on life is much healthier now. You are making a good decision to see a psychiatrist. Most importantly, don't hold things in. Talk to a friend, come here to us, call someone. You are NOT a loser. You are a valuable person, wife, mother, and friend. All human beings are valuable. Well....most of them ;)
