Summary: What’s friend actually mean to me? And what can I do as a friend? -sorry for bad summary-
Author’s Note: TANJOUBI OMEDETOU YUTO =D well, finally I managed this four stories for Yuto’s birthday present^^. This is the first time I made four stories with four pairings but in one title. Hope u’ll enjoy this.
1. Yuto >< Yamada
“Duh, it is so dark and cold” Yuto shivered, fold his arms. He just went to the cinema with the JUMP member. It was so late and frightening. He walked alone to his home through the passageway. When he was passing a park, suddenly he saw a drunken man sitting at the bench, still held his bottle. Yuto came closer to him, and when he almost reached him, the drunken man stood up. Yuto was scare, but he could do nothing. He just passed him and tried to ignore him. But briefly the drunken man held his wrist, it made Yuto shocked and even more scare.
“Ah where you go Yurika-chan, I’ve been searched you all over the country but I couldn’t find you. And now you appear in front of me and just pass me like I’m a statue. You are so mean Yurika-chan” he stuttered under the effect of alcohol.
“Let me go, I’m not your Yurika-chan” Yuto tried to pull his hand but it was too strong and he failed. He just could restrain from his hand-sore.
“LIAR, Yurika-chaaaaaaaaaan” he even tightened his hold.
“Ah ittai. Let me go. SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE” the panicked boy started screaming
“hahahahahaha. Yurika-chan, c’mon, back to our home. I’ll treasure you more than before” he drunk the last fluid in his bottle and threw the bottle away.
Yuto started crying, he was too scare faced the drunken man. He hoped someone would come to help him but it was a little impossible because now was too late, almost reach midnight. He remembered a while before when they came out from the cinema. Yamada offered to see him back, but he refused it. If just he didn’t refuse his offering, it wouldn’t happen to him. When he was regretting, suddenly he heard someone calling him.
“Yuto-kun” Yuto knew whose voice it was. The drunken man and he turned back, search the voice source. At the moment he saw Yamada standing there, his face was scary, just like a lion which is ready to pounce on his prey.
“Yama-chan” cried Yuto
Yamada walked closer. The drunken man widened his eyes, showed a don’t-come-closer face or a scared one, it was indistinguishable. As quick as lightning, Yamada smacked the drunken man. It made him release Yoto’s hand. Yuto ran towards Yamada, hid behind him. Once again he gave the man a deathblow, that Yuto knew it was same when he acted fighting at the scrap teacher drama, before he laid on the ground. The drunken man didn’t strike back because he already half-unconscious when Yamada hit him.
“Ariagatou Yama-chan” he hugged the older boy. Yamada hugged him back, clap Yuto’s back.
“It safe now. Let’s go home” Yamada grinned. Both of them walked home, left the man behind, still unconscious on the ground, after they ensured that he was still alive.
“Ne Yama-chan, tell me why you end up at the park? Are you following me?” the taller boy asked him, wondered.
“Ano...actually I wanna give you this” Yamada handed him a strap phone” I think it is important for you since it’s from your…….. ex-girlfriend”
“eeeeeeehh, how come you have it?” Yuto took it from Yamada
“You dropped it somewhere”
“Ah arigatou Yama-chan. But why you troubled yourself by giving it to me now? You can give this tomorrow when we have rehearsal” he examined the older boy’s face.
“Ah it….is…..because……” Yamada couldn’t find the best word to explained it
“hahahah, it’s okay Yama-chan. I’m very grateful that you want to give it to me, now. I don’t need the reason. At the end, you saved me, right? I dunno how it’ll turn if you didn’t appear at that time. You are my hero ne”
“huhhh” the hero sighed
Yuto wrapped his arms into Yamada’s arm. Letting him blushed, fortunately it was dark everywhere. “ne Yama-chan, how do you go home then? It is so scary ne, and dark”
“Will you let me stay at your home tonight?”
“Ah of course. My mom will surprise when she find you at the morning”
“I guess so”
“And she will really happy ne since you never stay at our house again” Yuto smiled
“That’s sound good ne knowing your family still accept me”
“hahahahaha” they both laughed during the way
“Hey Yuto-kun, why you hold my arm? It looks like we are a couple, how embarrassing” Yamada protested.
Friend will always beside you when you need him/her even if you don’t call him/her to stay with you.
2. Yuto >< Chinen
“YOU ARE A LIAR” Chinen shouted at Yuto
“WHO IS THE LIAR? YOU CHII, OH CRAP, EVEN IT FEEL DISGUSTING TO SAY YOUR NAME” Yuto replied angrily
“YOUUUU, HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT?” now Chinen heighten his pitch
“YEAH IT’S TRUE, I’M SORRY BUT WHEN I SAY YOUR NAME I FEEL LIKE I’LL VOMIT RIGHT NOW” the taller boy said sarcastic
“YOU…………..” Chinen’s tears dropped from his puppy eyes and he immediately ran leave Yuto behind. He cried, his heart broke apart and it like the half of his soul fly away.
“Oh my, what just I did to him. Am I too cruel toward him?” Yuto felt a little regret about what he did, but it didn’t change his mind. It was Chinen fault; yes it was because of him. If he just fulfilled his promise, it wouldn’t turn out like this.

“Yuto-kun, I don’t know what’s going on now, but I think you should clear it up with Chinen-kun” Yabu gave him an advice
“Yeah I think so, I’m too cruel to him ne” Yuto said while stood up. He ran after Chinen
Chinen was sitting at the bench, crying because of him. Yuto approached him
“Chinen-kun” he said calmly, but Chinen turned his face away.
“Gomen for what happened before. I don’t mean that. I’m too sad knowing you went with your friend and forgot about me” finally he explained it “hountou ni gomenasai” he bowed.
“Eh?” Chinen was shocked
“I’ve waited you for hours, but you didn’t come, I thought something bad happened to you since I couldn’t contact you. So I called your home and your mother said that you went with your friend”
“Yuto-kun. Where you’ve waited me?” the younger boy asked
“Hardship café. I think it is our favorite place ne”
“hahahahaha” Chinen laughed and it made Yuto curious
“What’s wrong?”
“gomen, I think you are who broke our promise but it seemed we were misunderstanding ne. I waited you at the town park. You were who said that you like that place” Chinen explained
“Ah so we are misunderstand. Haik, wakkata. Gomen that it made you angry Chii-kun”
“I’m sorry too Yuto-kun”
“So about our plan, how if we change it to other day?” the taller one suggested
“Haik, I agree. So, can we back to the dancing room? I think they all worry about us”
“Let’s go”
There is something that can start fighting with your friend and there is something to end the fight too. It can’t say friendship if there is no fight and reconcilement.
3. Yuto >< Keito
It was after rehearsal. The other member already went home. There was Yuto sitting alone in front of the big mirror, observing himself. He looked very tired, or maybe it was just an excuse to hide his true feeling. Yuto’s face seemed so sour and painful, it must something wrong with him.
“Yo Yuto, wazzup?” Keito asked in his English accent.
“Ho Keito, you surprised me. I think you’ve left for home” the taller boy answered, but there was no change in his expression. It made Keito wondered.
“Something goes wrong, right?” he guess
“What are you talking about?” Yuto bent his brows. Keito sat beside him, crossed his legs.
“Look, that is my face, like usual, and that is…. I guess I don’t know whose face it is” the English boy pointed at his reflection on the mirror and moved to Yuto’s one.
“That is mine” Yuto looked at the older boy, confused with his behavior.
“Chigau yo, Yuto’s face always looks happy, forming a bright smile with his lips and have a warm aura, not like that. Ne Yuto-kun, you can share your problem with me”
“aaaahh I lose again from Keito. You’ll always notice me, right? You’ll know something goes right or wrong with me, even the other member can’t” the skinny boy gave him a smile.
“You look more handsome when you smile ne, it will make girl falling in love with you easily. I envy you Yuto-kun”
“It goes same with you ne” Yuto’s expression become warm again, make the English boy pleasant
“So, wanna go home together, since It seems you don’t want to tell me yet about your problem” Keito give him an offer
“I guess I should. Let me pack my stuff first” Yuto stood up from his position, then followed by Keito
“Okay, I’ll wait at the gate. Don’t be so long ne” he walked, got out from the rehearsal room.
Friend can make you forget your problem even he/she do not do anything for you, make you comfort beside him/her.
4. Yuto >< Ryutaro
“Ne, Yuto … come here! Just for a sec!” Ryu whispered while waving his hand carefully so that Chinen -who sat near Yuto- wouldn’t hear him.
“What??” Yuto answered loudly.
“SSSHHHH …”Ryu put his index finger in front of his mouth. “Just come … I need your help.”
Yuto got up from his chair. “What’s wrong??” he stared at the younger eyes.
“Uhn, can you please help me with my plan?” Ryu asked tricky.
“What plan?”
“Well, actually I had set a trap for Chii” He said lightly.
“WHATTT??” Yuto blurt out. But before he could say anything Ryu already dragged him outside.
“SSSSSHHH … dakara I said don’t scream. He could find out” Ryu said half angry and half relieved.
“But what’s your problem? Don’t you know that Chii isn’t in good mood? You should cheer him up, Ryu.”
“I know! That’s the problem. He disturbed me when I was watching DVD. I’ll take revenge!” Ryu grumbled.
“No!”
“What?”
“I said no!”
“Yeah, but why? You know it’s his fault. I thought you’re my friend, Yuto-kun!” Ryu felt disappointed.
“That’s because I’m your friend and Chii’s friend too.”
“But, why don’t you help me?” Ryu insisted. “You should support your friend!”
“Look! Chii need your support. I don’t know what his problem is because he didn’t wanna tell me. But I’m pretty sure he’ll tell if it’s you na. And about Chii disturbing you, maybe he needs someone to share his problem. Don’t you understand it? As what you said before you should support him.” Yuto closed his speech.
“Well, maybe I can forget about DVD incident.” Ryu pretended to act cool.
“Incident? That’s not an incident at all. Then go cheer him up, ne!” Yuto clapped his shoulder.
Friend isn’t he/she who always justifies your words, but friend is the one who’ll always tell truthfully.
