Not if you wear a bag on your head so no one will see you :D

It'll probably be an easier job than waitressing for a regular cafe maybe

I only have tutoring as job experiance and I haven't gotten any bites from places I'd like to work. It would be resume fodder at least.

Might be pretty bad but then again maybe not.

Waitressing can be a bit of hell sometimes, some people tend to assume the worst of you if you don't give them the right service or slip up. My sister was once called a high school drop out because she asked some girls to leave if they weren't going to order :\.

But then again it's best to find jobs in the direction you're heading in. Or else no other jobs might want you if your other jobs dont really relate. Unless it's a call center job...

you have one life
you need to live like you are the best thing ever made
don't lower yourself to something you'll be ashamed of
if you're poor for awhile at least you'll have been poor, but thriftier for it

be well
stranger.

I'm very thrifty, now. Its not shame I'm worried about.

Just don't want to work in a bad environment~

You're a brave soul for working in the food industry :B. But, I can't say retail is any better :x

;D; I've hear horror stories from both.

If I don't like it, it can hold me over till I find better, though.

why mcdonalds anyway? There are plenty other jobs around that require 0 experience and pay better... what about an office job (basic administration). You can probably use microsoft office and answer a phone right? Or if you like bags.. why not work in a clothes store? They all pay roughly the same sort of money.

Mcdonalds is a hole to work in, let's be honest. If you don't have any choice... then go for it i guess. Is there no other work around?

I've tried everything else already, and I can't find any nearby office jobs. I live in Detroit where most people work labor jobs (working in car plants), which honestly I'm not capable to do being weak and 4'9" tall.
