.......oh yes they did. We got a certified letter from Remax Realty today, the last Godforsaken letter we'll ever have to get from them. And they are charging us $1,432 for repairs, cleaning, maintance, damage, etc. for that stupid house we moved out of last month! What! Oh, that doesn't include the $800 they already had from us for the deposit

Oh my gosh - I can't believe they did that to you. I mean - I don't want to get involved in saying what you might have done or not done as I never saw your place there, but that's just terrible. I guess you are truly fighting a battle you can't win, but I would give them absolute hell about that. Oh man - there would be major trouble if they tried to do that to me. I agree that you should call and tell them they might have won the battle, but they have lost the war. I would file a complaint with the state attorney general's office, the better business bureau, etc. Okay - time to calm down here.

Again, I'm sorry to hear this. That news about Julia is adorable. I'm so glad she got the dress. She will be a princess!
