Criminal Minds
I said in a previous post regarding Criminal Minds "Though I will say that it does tend to leave me slightly traumatized after watching episodes though... their subject matter is quite disturbing/dark!"
Well, I've just watched 5x09 "100". And OMG. Traumatised.
It's the one where The Reaper has returned and is after Hotch's family.
The bits where it was pure silence were effective because even Hotch going around a corner made me jump! I was sitting watching it tense as anything.
The whole bit where Hayley was on the phone to Hotch which ended with the gun shot. OMG. And Hotch's expression. Just killed me.
And then Hotch going all out to beat Foyet to death. That was not pleasant (and I will admit to saying "stop Hotch stop!" even if Foyet did deserve it).
I think the only thing I can say in conclusion is I'm glad Jack didn't get killed. That would have done me in.
Bloody fantastic episode. Geez.
And this was my "relaxing" thing after spending the evening (until 10pm!) working on a tax question paper. Not quite sure it can be described as relaxing! lol
