I guess the question is twofold.
1) Does my degree in Evil qualify me to teach on meanness? Meanness is a form of cruelty, and I can teach cruelty, but am I really qualified for that specialization?
2) Are you looking to learn how to BE mean, or how to better respond/retaliate to meanness?

Actual meanness I have very little use for, it's counterproductive. Revenge is a dish best served cold, with a side of cherry dipped in chocolate syrup. Then you break the plate and shove the shards down their throat. If you want the plain, simple, boldfaced bare meanness, I suggest you seek training from a child. They're really much better at that than adults, because adults learn that outright meanness has consequences that most other forms of cruelty easily avoid.
